I bought a BRAND NEW 21 GT500 for $10,000 over MSRP and the recaro seat on the drivers side has deep scratches in one bolster. I had made an appointment to have a safety recall completed on my 2016 Explorer, when I arrived I didnβt have an appointment, the staff did accommodate me, however I was at the dealership much longer then I anticipated. I was satisfied with the staff and quality of repairs just a bit disappointed that I didnβt have an appointment, I do understand mistakes happen.

The service team was great to deal with . I came in with no appointment. I was unable to use four wheel drive. They took the truck in and also noticed there were open recalls that needed to be preformed. Within a hour I was back on the road. Great service and more than willing to accommodate . I will be bringing my truck there for service from now on .

Bad customer service at service center charged for service that was never preformed then told well we did something else to justify charge fraud all the way!!

I bought a brand new 2018 ford fushion from nemer ford of queensbury. I had to bring my car in three times because it kept saying engine coolant over temperature. I've been to this dealer for service a few times since purchasing my vehicle here. They honestly do the very minimum to keep you satisfied without a lot of perks. I've been to other dealers that offer free snacks and waiting rooms for parents with kids to keep them entertained, and free car washes after service. You won't find any of those things here.

I recently got in an accident and had my car transferred to Nemer Ford bodyshop. Everything was going smoothly and Steve was a lot of help during the process. However, when it came to the completion of my 2019 GMC terrain, which took two months to complete with some insurance issues, the pick up process was a completely unacceptable experience. The sales team uses shady tactics and demands you fill our a credit application prior to having any conversation about a vehicle. They treat each customer that walks in like a 3rd class citizen and have the nerve to demand a credit app. Once they acquire your credit they decide to establish if they would like to continue proceeding forward with your business. I purchased a used F150 in February this year. It had 57,000 plus miles on it. The truck looked to be in excellent condition. The salesman was great and worked with our trade in to get the deal done. The service is great. Vehicle is taken in quickly and serviced properly the first time. The service people are helpful and informed. Sales is typical sub par. Sales people can not answer questions about the cars. I am an engineer and ask technical questions. Most sales folk have not read the car owners manual. I have tried to get internet pricing with no results.
